Arkadia proprietary · ApostleOS
Autonomic runtime

Autonomic infrastructure, engineered as one runtime.

Economic modeling, live observability, and security-first orchestration unified in a single operational layer. Built by Arkadia to solve the integration problem at the heart of every complex deployment.

Three pillars, one runtime

The operational layer above your stack.

ApostleOS doesn't replace your existing infrastructure, data, or security tooling. It sits above them — reading, modeling, and orchestrating — so cost, continuity, and security decisions are reconciled where they actually happen.

Pillar 01

Economic Modeling

Cost-to-risk accounting across every workload, surfaced at decision time — not in a quarterly review. Each service, deployment, and dependency is priced continuously against operational and breach-probability risk.

  • ·Per-workload cost accounting
  • ·Risk-weighted forecasting
  • ·Budget vs. actual with drift alerts
  • ·Scenario modeling
Pillar 02

Live Observability

Unified telemetry across infrastructure, data, and security layers. Anomaly detection calibrated per-tenant over a baseline window. Works as an aggregator over Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or direct-from-source collectors.

  • ·Cross-layer correlation
  • ·Per-tenant baseline tuning
  • ·Runtime anomaly detection
  • ·Provenance tracking
Pillar 03

Security-First Orchestration

Every orchestration decision routes through the security posture model. No deployment, scaling action, or data movement executes without posture reconciliation. Integrates with existing CI/CD and runtime controllers.

  • ·Policy-aware scheduling
  • ·Posture reconciliation
  • ·Deployment gating
  • ·Runtime quarantine
How it works

Four phases. Roughly six weeks to live.

Typical integration: 2–4 weeks of baseline calibration, live orchestration in the following 2–4 weeks. Longer in regulated environments.

01 · Instrument

Connect your telemetry

ApostleOS reads from your existing observability, cost, and security sources. No agents unless you want them.

02 · Model

Calibrate the baseline

Economic and risk models tune to your workloads over a 2–4 week baseline window. Human-in-the-loop review.

03 · Orchestrate

Enable runtime gating

Orchestration decisions start routing through the posture model. Begin in observe-only, move to enforce.

04 · Observe

Operate continuously

Unified cross-layer telemetry, drift alerts, and quarterly review cadence with Arkadia engineers.

Frequently asked

Questions we usually get.

Both. Professional plans run on our hosted cloud by default. Enterprise plans can deploy to your infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped) with a dedicated Arkadia engineer handling the installation. Regulated environments typically opt for self-hosted.
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks of instrumentation and baseline calibration, followed by 2–4 weeks of phased orchestration enablement. Complex or regulated environments run longer. We publish a written delivery plan within the first week of engagement.
No. ApostleOS sits above your existing telemetry, security, and cost data sources. It's an operational layer, not a replacement. Most deployments keep every upstream tool in place — ApostleOS just reads them, reconciles across them, and routes runtime decisions through a single posture model.
Standard frameworks supported out of the box. Federal and regulated variants (CMMC, FedRAMP-adjacent, HIPAA-regulated) are available under Enterprise with additional engagement scoping. Contact us for specific framework questions.
Yes. Professional plans come with a 30-day trial. Enterprise evaluations typically run 4–6 weeks against a bounded workload. Both options include Arkadia engineers on-call. The goal is to have real operational data from your environment before any long-term commitment.
Most SRE / SecOps platforms are single-domain — they watch infrastructure, or they watch security, or they watch cost. ApostleOS treats the three as one problem and routes runtime decisions through a unified posture model. You keep your underlying tools; ApostleOS becomes the layer that reconciles across them.
