As the visionary behind Arkadia Analytics, Nicolas serves as the company’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leading with a blend of technical depth, analytical strategy, and a relentless drive to innovate. With a professional background spanning cybersecurity, systems engineering, and business analysis, he brings sharp operational insight and strategic execution to Arkadia’s consulting services.

Since founding Arkadia in 2023, he has spearheaded the company’s growth into a multi-disciplinary private consulting firm with a focus on scalable, data-driven solutions. His leadership sets the tone for the company’s approach—one that prioritizes not only technical precision, but also ethical compliance, long-term sustainability, and client-centered design.

With hands-on experience across multiple sectors, he currently serves as a Security IT Technician at Atlantic Health System, where he works on critical cybersecurity infrastructure including Linux servers, firewalls, and secure systems implementation. He also holds a dual role as Security Engineer I and Project Engineer at Padron-Montalvo Consulting LLC, where he’s involved in surveillance system deployment, infrastructure development, and project estimation—blending frontline security with strategic planning in complex environments.

His earlier experience as an Accounting Intern at DB Schenker sharpened his financial fluency and understanding of corporate systems, helping him later bridge the gap between technical execution and business operations. His ability to blend IT systems knowledge with economic insight is a key driver behind Arkadia’s adaptable, client-focused model.

Having studied Economics at Montclair State University, he was a member of the Economics Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership—recognitions that reflect both academic excellence and a commitment to high-integrity leadership. He holds multiple certifications including Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and SAP ERP Fundamentals, showcasing a strong command of enterprise resource planning, process optimization, and systems analysis.

Today, as CEO, he leads Arkadia with a clear mission: To deliver economical, secure IT solutions, and solve real-world challenges that drive meaningful progress.
